My career as a Software Engineer so far….

While giving this interview I learnt a few things about my growth. When you take time to reflect on what you have achieved so far from when you started, that is when you realize the importance of consistency.

Long term consistency triumphs short term intensity.

What you are doing everyday, regularly impacts your habits and your nature. Once you start enjoying what you are doing regularly that is when success happens. When you overcome the pain of training yourself, that is when you have achieved success.

For example: when you are climbing a mountain, you take small steps and each step is painful and uncertain. But when you stop and look at where you came from you realize the amount of growth that has happened, and the height that you have gained. When you reach the top, you realize that the mission is accomplished! While climbing however, you do not know why you are doing certain tasks! The same is true of career. As you are growing you will undergo lot of pain, embarassment, lows. That is not the time to give up! Never give up!

Follow your dreams! The path may change but the destination and goal should be the same!
