In this book the author lays down the stories of Genius mathematicians Geoff Hinton, the man who didn’t sit down from Toronto

Frank Rosenblatt and Marvin Minsky who were pioneers at Bronx science.

He built the first neural network SNARC.Rosenblatt invented the Perceptron which is considered to be the first Artificail Intelligence (AI) system that investigated the physical structures and neurodynamic principles.

Geoff Hinton described the Parallel distributed programming PDP researchers and how they helped build the Perceptron

Lecun is another computer scientist who wrote the image recognition software to read numbers from US envelopes in the post office. This became the bed-rock of several image recognition algorithms.

This is a definitely a recommended read for the stories in the book. I could not pen all the stories here since there are so many in the book.

Do read this book if you lay your hands on it! Lot of history in there@!!
