Springing into action with the season

Spring into action to accomplish your goals.

As January begins it is an intense reminder that we have to restart working on all our goals after the rejuvenating break of December.

There are some things that we must do to remind ourselves of the details:

  1. Determine most important goal in next 6 months, next 12 months. Work backwards, next important goal in 3 months, 2 months, 1 month, 15 days. There you have your priority and routine set.
  2. Look at your health. What is your goal in that domain? lost 2- 3 pounds.
  3. Look at your family, what is it you want there? Kids classes, grades etc.
  4. What is important in your career? What do you want to achieve and where are you? (be honest in self assessment) Take steps to correct the course.
  5. What are your expenses? Where can you be frugal?

Once you have done 1–5, you are well on your way.

Now comes the execution, start with all the things you need to do in a day. allocate honest time for each of those. And fill your calendar. You will soon realize there are a lot more things to do than 24 hours in a day. Split the work for a week, you can accomplish a lot more by doing little tasks daily.

Then spring into action.

Review your performance on tasks every 3 months and correct your priorities. Do this every 3 months.

Soon you will feel accomplished on your own performance map.
